What day of the month will I get billed?

When you first subscribe your payment will be debited from your debit/credit card within the first 5 days in accordance to the subscription level you have chosen.  Your  recurring monthly billing date will be exactly 28 days from the date you  first subscribe.  The date we debit your recurring subscription payment  will be sent you each month at least 5 working days before the debit date.

 

How does the 10 Game Wishlist work?

We ask that you submit a list of 10 games you would like in order of preference. This will ensure a fast turnaround in you returning a game and getting the next one without delay.  On the rare occasion where your next game listed is not available we will then proceed in sending the next game available.  We will forward your 10 Game Wishlist to you on a monthly basis.

 

How long does it take to get my game(s)?

All game(s) are sent by the Royal Mail 1st Class which means that you should receive them by the next day

How do I return my game(s)

Each game you receive will have another pre-paid mailer enclosed for you to use.  If this is lost or not enclosed then please contact us with your membership no at [email protected] and we will send you another one.  You will not ever pay any postage for the delivery and return of your selected games.

How many Accessories am I allowed to rent if I have Universal membership?

At present you are allowed to rent only one Accessory item per member.  The rental period will also be unlimited, as are games.

How do I return my Accessory?

As with the games any Accessory you receive will have a pre-paid mailer with it enclosed for your use.  When returning we do ask that you obtain a free proof of postage receipt from your post office.  Any items which are reported lost will be billed from your account details if a proof of postage has not been obtained.

How do I cancel or suspend my membership?

You can cancel or suspend your membership at any time by sending us an email to [email protected]. DO NOT use the 10 Game Wishlist contact form for cancellations and suspensions.  We would state that should you want to cancel or suspend your membership that you return any outstanding rentals including Accessory prior to your billing date.  When returning your final rentals we ask that you obtain a proof of purchase receipt from the post office as request for refunds will not be considered without it.

Can I join Paramount Games Rental if I live outside the UK?

Unfortunately, we are unable to extend our services to outside the UK.

Can I join Paramount Games Rental if I am under 18 years of age?

Unfortunately not, you have to be aged 18 years or above to become a member.

 Am I able to buy the video game I rented?

If you have been a member for a minimum period of 6 months you will be eligible to purchase your video game at a discounted rate.
